Welcome to Highlands Athletics! We're the only site that covers the sports teams of Alleghany, Covington, and Bath.  We decided to found this site because we were frustrated with the lack of local sports coverage on the internet and decided to take matters into our own hands.  We cover everything, from cross country and softball to wrestling and tennis.  We will try to be as unbiased as possible and to give each school an equal amount of coverage.  

All articles will be posted on the blog and then linked back to the school pages.  You can visit the blog by clicking the enormous blue link at the bottom of this page or the "BLOG" button on the toolbar.

Our eventual goal is to have game reports for as many matches, games, and meets as we can.  We also want to have statistic pages, schedules, and a photo gallery for each team. 

We'd like to have a "network" of reporters that can assist us in posting scores, writing articles, taking pictures, etc.  Contact us if you or someone you know is interested.
